Day 35: StomperNet – The Sinkhole & The 5 Steps to Internet Income

The desk and tack-board that got cleared yesterday is starting to pile up with clutter again. Ideas were drawn up, sifted through then kept or discarded depending on how they fit with all the other parts. I more or less ended the designing session with the excitement every entrepreneur has when they think they have it. I only spent a couple of hours for this. Then immediately buckled down to work on what I could do myself or contact people who can help out with the parts I am having difficulty with.

A couple of hours is okay. Past experience has taught me how vulnerable I am to falling into an analysis by paralysis sinkhole. So it was more important to me to get some tangible work done today versus getting what I think will work on paper. A gamble? Yes. But I’ll take this gamble today already knowing what all this will amount to if I don’t take the gamble – Nothing!

Day 24: Incubator – SEO using Press Releases

Wow! Remember Audrey Kerwood? – the teacher from my most liked StomperNet Incubator Day 11 and Day 12 video lessons. Let me be clear at the start of this review. This lesson is right at the Audrey Kerwood level. This is one meaty video lesson augmented by the passionate way Don Crowther speaks. He talks fast where he can talk fast. He slows down and pauses at all the right places. In short, Don Crowther is an Expert, a teacher and a public speaker all rolled into one.

My 20th day on the StomperNet Incubator program finds me doing a review for the lessons Ross Goldberg presented via a PDF file on SEO – a meaty 46-page PDF file.

Day 18: Incubator – Number 1 Ranking

The Halloween weekend yielded mixed results. Let’s start with some funny but good news…

As of tonight, I am Rank 1 on Page 1 on Yahoo for the keyword phrase, “stompernet incubator”. This is higher than the actual StomperNet Incubator website which is at rank 2. On Google, I am rank 4.

For the keyword phrase, “business diaries” I am rank 3 out of 54 million results on Yahoo. Admittedly, I’m nowhere near Page 1 on Google for this. For other keyword phrases like “stompernet incubator review”, I’m respectably on page 1 for both Yahoo and Google. The kind where you don’t have to scroll down to see me.
