There is a new trend with Human Resources developing. Hiring practices now include online screening of applicants for their public thoughts and the causes they believe in. This is debatable but it really is a good idea to let Human Resources see if an applicant is a good fit with the company. A bad fit can lead to bad experience for both.

The company looses time and resources training the employee as well as good will if the company’s product is for mass market consumption. An employee looses because of the stress he has to go through with being let go, not to mention his/her employment record having a bad mark for no other reason than not fitting in with the company culture.
